The gravel bike I rented was well-maintained and comfortable to ride. The staff were helpful and professional and gave me some pointers about good places to ride. I would absolutely rent from Pierre qui roule again!

Very well maintained clean and sturdy bikes, excellent and friendly customer service. Lots of choice early in the season. We chose two e-bikes and biked three routes in the Bordeaux area, totalling 120 km in three days. Bordeaux has a lot of safe cycling infrastructure and a good bike network. We don’t always have the assist on, because the bikes cycle very light on flat surfaces too. They don’t feel like e-bikes.

A really good bike rent shop. The bikes are good quality and in perfect condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful! They also have quite a lot of bikes so it’s easy to get one.

We really enjoyed our ride from Bordeaux to Toulouse thanks to our hire bikes being so reliable! No technical issues as the bikes had been well maintained. However we do have issues with the high gearing ( considering we had loaded panniers)...this made it a big effort to climb some of the short ramps encountered at locks and in some towns...we are regular cyclists who often commute to work and ride every weekend, so we were surprised by the gearing supplied...but overall we loved our journey and are grateful for the bikes we used.
The bike shop in Bordeaux was very friendly and efficient. The drop off shop in Toulouse was also very good.

Merci beaucoup,
John and Emma
